If you buy a rune, BUY a rune in PvE mode, will that rune be unlocked for your PvP player? Or do you have to salvage the rune yourself?

You unlock a rune when you ID it. You can get un-IDed runes from other players if they salvage an item before they ID it. Currently, the rune only tells you the class... like "Un-IDed Warrior Rune" but in a future update they are changing it to "Un-IDed Superior Warrior Rune" which will make it a bit more specific.

If someone gives you a rune that's already IDed, you have the rune, but it's not unlocked.
